The Vision Begins
David & Carol Sanchez, while managing BYU student housing, discovered their passion for property management—providing quality rentals while protecting owners' investments.
TPM Inc. is Born
After David's graduation, they turned their expertise into a business. TPM Inc was incorporated, later rebranded as TPM Inc.
Expanding Horizons
Over the decades, TPM grew beyond student housing to residential properties, homeowner associations, and real estate sales, offering comprehensive management services.
A New Chapter
David & Carol stepped away for three years to serve an LDS mission. Upon returning, David resumed leadership, and Carol earned a degree from BYU.

With their son Paul as Principal Broker and all six children involved, TPM continues to provide well-maintained, fairly priced housing while helping investors build thriving real estate portfolios.
