We have keys at our office for units available now. Please call the office for information on contacting units available at a later date. Because every unit is different, we strongly suggest you, or someone you know, see the unit before applying.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is our policy to go with prospective tenants to visit properties whenever possible. When this is not possible, we will give prospective tenants the keys to vacant properties in exchange for ID, such as a major credit card or Drivers licence. In order to have keys returned by 4:30 pm, we give out keys until 3:30 or 4:00, depending on the location of the property.

Contracts are for one year, as a general rule. We have very few month-to-month or 6 month contracts. Our contracts specify no smoking anywhere on the property and no pets. Some owners will allow outdoor pets only, with an extra deposit. That information will be on the listing.

Many of our units do accept Provo Housing or Utah County Housing.
